14/11/19

Dear Parents
We have a couple of busy weeks ahead with swimming starting next Thursday until Friday 6/12. As we are in the pool at 10am we would prefer all children to wear their sports uniforms with their togs underneath. Also footwear that is easy to get on and off if possible.

On Friday 29/11 the Year 5&6 children will be taking part in the Convent Cup at Verdon College. A big thanks to the parents who have offered to manage and coach the teams, your support is much appreciated.

We will be having a school mission fair on 3/12 after swimming and the senior children will be going to Tough Kids at Rugby Park on 4/12.

Let’s pray this week for all journalist and all who work in the media.
Help them Jesus to be bold to confront evil and injustice: with understanding and compassionate of human weakness; rejecting alike the half-truth which deceives, and the slanted word which corrupts. May the power which is theirs always be used with honesty and courage, with respect and integrity, so that when all here has been written, said and done, they may, unashamed, to meet God face to face.
Amen.
